Confidentiality and high-profile clients

Referrals and introductions. If an architect, designer, or colleague introduces you, we may receive limited contact information from them solely to follow up with your consent.

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, evaluate fit for a commission, prepare proposals, perform contracted construction management services, comply with law, and protect our legitimate business interests (including fraud prevention and litigation defense where relevant).

We use this information for the purposes described above, disclose it only to service providers bound by contract to use it solely on our behalf (such as hosting, email delivery, and document storage), and do not sell or share it or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How to exercise your rights

We will acknowledge a verifiable request within ten business days and respond within forty-five days, extendable once where permitted. We verify your identity before fulfilling a request and will explain any exception that applies.

Client records tied to built work may be retained longer where statute, insurance, or warranty obligations require. You may request deletion of inquiry data subject to applicable exceptions.
