Foothill is a new-construction estate built for the evening. Formal rooms open across garden terraces to a substantial pool and loggia, while the lower level is given to entertaining: a bar lounge and a game room, with a theater and a sculptural curved staircase.
The program is organized around the transition from day to evening, with formal dining and living rooms above and a dedicated entertainment level below. The pool and outdoor living program anchor the grounds and extend the plan into the landscape.
The engineering
HR Development delivered the full estate program from formal reception to lower-level lounge, coordinating the game room and bar fit-out, the theater, the sculptural stair, and the outdoor pool and kitchen as a continuous entertainment sequence.
