On this Foothill Dr site, staging and crane access were planned before excavation. Our supers held mock-ups for stone and metal until the architect and client signed every joint; then we locked the schedule for a fixed delivery date.
A 38-degree downslope and limited street frontage meant every delivery had to be sequenced. We modelled crane reach against neighbor setbacks before excavation, ran a continuous waterproofing detail at every terrace transition, and held three trade pre-walks per terrace before tile set; no return trips after handover.
