Adjacent neighbors on three sides forced a strict noise and haul-route schedule from day one. We staged crane picks at 5:30 a.m. windows, mocked up the limestone joint pattern at full scale before fabrication, and held a single project manager from entitlement handoff through final punch; no allowances remained open after contract signing.
