623 Walden Dr is a ~6,600-square-foot custom Spanish estate with six bedrooms, ten baths, a detached guest casita, and a saltwater pool wrapped by manicured gardens. HR Development managed the remodel and systems integration (Savant, wine room, theater, and indoor-outdoor pocket doors) so the motor court, main volume, and rear grounds read as one continuous property.

A fully fenced motor court and occupied flats neighborhood required discrete haul routes and acoustic limits. We phased pool, spa, and landscape after the main-level pocket doors were set, and held systems commissioning (Savant, leak detection, filtration) as a single close-out gate before owner handover.
