Moreno is a bright, transitional remodel built around an open kitchen and easy indoor-outdoor living, defined by light and flow rather than formality.
The kitchen is the organizing room: open to the main living floor and connected to the yard and pool, it makes the plan generous without enlarging the footprint. Bedrooms and baths occupy the upper level, and the ground floor opens outward through the garden.
The engineering
HR Development executed the remodel as a material and spatial edit, removing barriers between the kitchen and the living floor and completing the outdoor program to match the openness of the interior.
