803 Roxbury Dr is a 6,400-square-foot remodel with four bedrooms and five baths, a landscaped backyard, pool, BBQ court, and trellis-covered family room. HR Development coordinated demolition through finish on a single master schedule so the historic street elevation stayed composed while the interior program was rebuilt to current standards.

Spanish massing and mature landscaping limited staging on the front; we routed trades through the motor court, protected existing hardscape where it could remain, and sequenced pool and trellis work after the envelope was closed so interior finishes were not exposed to exterior trades.
