A residence on Fairburn Ave.

At 2010 Fairburn Ave, HR Development delivered ground-up construction for a 3,456-square-foot residence: three bedrooms, a living room opening to a balcony, formal dining, and a great room tied to a gourmet kitchen and outdoor entertaining.

We sequenced structure, glazing, and landscape so the water feature, BBQ court, and heated seating area could finish as one coordinated release.

A compact urban infill lot required tight haul windows and neighbor coordination from excavation through landscape. We held mock-ups for exterior materials before fabrication and released the outdoor program only after the kitchen-to-patio plane was weather-tight.
