Field capability, nº 03
Lighting, shade, and low-voltage.
Panel-ready runs before drywall closes the cavity.
Introduction
Integrated control, audio, and lighting programs commissioned before keys transfer, not after furniture arrives.

Home automation
An atelier of builders.
Design integration
Lighting and shade plans overlaid on reflected ceiling plans; load schedules confirmed with electrical engineer.
Rough-in & labeling
Dedicated low-voltage zones; homeruns labeled to panel; no mystery splices behind millwork.
Trim & commissioning
Devices installed, scenes programmed, owner walk-through with house manager or family office rep.
Handover
Password vault, firmware notes, and vendor contacts in the close-out binder and cloud folder.
We coordinate low-voltage, lighting control, and shade packages on the same master schedule as MEP rough-in. Clash detection happens before drywall; commissioning forms are signed while cavities are still open. Owners receive labeled panels, scene maps, and a single after-care contact.
